Shipping Policy

 

PROCESSING TIME: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

SHIPPING TIME: The product is shipped through USPS and will on average take 5-7 business days to arrive.

SHIPPING RATES: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over $50.

WRONG ADDRESSES: If an item is returned to us "undeliverable," we will notify the original buyer and ask if they would like to resend the item(s) (US customers only). However, additional shipping charges to mail the items again will be the responsibility of the original buyer. Gilios will not be responsible for incorrect mailing addresses, undeliverable items, unclaimed items, etc.

LOCAL PICKUP: You can skip the shipping and delivery fees with free local pickup at: 37 Prospect Street, Amsterdam, NY 12010.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive another notification when your order is ready for pickup. Pickup hours are 9 AM - 7 PM on Monday - Friday. 

CHECK ORDER STATUS: When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@giliosllc.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

RECEIPT REQUIRED? To cut down on environmental waste, we do not include receipts in any of our packages. If you require a receipt, you may print a copy any time from your email confirmation.

DAMAGED ORDER: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@giliosllc.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
