Refund Policy

RETURNS/SHIPPING - Returns will be accepted for inspection and exchange with authorization.  Please contact customer service at info@giliosllc.com if you need to return an item. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. In case of return, please include your 1) order number and 2) reason for return.  We’ll reach out and provide return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

REFUNDS - We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, new/unused merchandise will be accepted for credit up to 30 days after the original invoice date. All credits will be applied as store credit. Credit will be applied upon receipt and inspection of the items. Please allow 5 - 10 days for processing by our payment processor and your banking institution.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
