Our Journey

The Story behind the Awards:

In the early 2000s, at South Bar Brooklyn Annual Cook-Off, our pernil, a Latin-style roasted pork shoulder, made using our signature Marinade, won 1st place! 

In 2002, we entered a second cook-off at Slope Pizza Pub in Brooklyn, our thick-cut bone-in pork chops. Won 1st place again!

In 2003, the Buffalo Cantina Wing Challenge in Brooklyn, our chicken wings in the marinade, then tossed in a spicy sauce. Once again, 1st place! 




 Our goal is to keep seasonings chemical and filler free, sugar and sodium levels low; without compromising flavor or quality all while sourcing our ingredients locally. 

Our dream is and always will be to provide people with healthy and unforgettable seasonings that help them create amazing meals everyday in the comfort of their kitchens all around the world.
