Our multiple cook-off winning, signature marinade. It can be used on any meat, fish, tofu, and even vegetables!
Ingredients: Olive oil, Vinegar, Cilantro, Onion, Peppers, Garlic, Turmeric, Cumin, Soy, and Other Spices.

Directions: Marinade food for minimally an hour or more, then cook as desired.
The Story behind the Awards
In the early 2000s, Julio decided to enter the South Bar Brooklyn Annual Cook-Off. He made pernil, a Latin-style roasted pork shoulder. The judges kept coming back for more samples of Julio's pernil, which was made using our signature marinade. Soon, it was all gone and he won 1st place!
A year later, he entered a second cook-off at Slope Pizza Pub in Brooklyn. He made thick-cut bone-in pork chops and won 1st place again!
Two years later, he decided to enter a chicken wing cook-off, the Buffalo Cantina Wing Challenge in Brooklyn. He soaked the chicken wings in the marinade, then tossed them in some hot sauce. Once again, he came in 1st place!
