Ahi Tuna Steaks

15 minutes, serves 4
Ingredients:
  • 6 Ahi Tuna Steaks
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 2 Tablespoon Gilio's Dry Rub
  • Lemon Wedge (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Season both sides of Tuna Steaks with dry rub, and pat on.
  2. Melt butter in large cast iron skillet.
  3. Sear Tuna Steak for 2 minutes, on each side.
  4. Serve immediately (with lemon wedge; optional)
